Q 1. What is Mentoring Program ?
   Mentoring program is a guidance program acts to help and empower others to develop their skills and enrich their experience of science. Mentoring defines as a support and encourage people to manage their own learning in order to increase their abilities and develop their skills and improve their performance to become the person they want to be.
 Q 2. What are the requirements to join the program?  

Outstanding Student Program

*The student must have at least two years of seminars to go untill graduation
*GPA is not less than 4.25 out of 5
*Students tendencies to be for scientific research and innovation

The applicant must have passed the preparatory year

Q 3. What are the qualifications for mentors for outstanding students program?
 • Member of the faculty rank of lecturer and above
 • Work at the college for at least 5 years
 • Has the ability and enthusiasm for University and Scientific Research
 • Has the ability and commitment to encouraging students to reach the goals of King Saud University in terms of scientific development
 • Commitment to encouraging students to achieve the goals and ideals of the University of King Saud
 • Completion of the workshop and training Card
 • The Members who wish to join the program fill (The application form join members of the faculty mentors for the Mentoring  program ).
Q 4. How many students are expected for each mentor for outstanding students Program?   
Each is expected to guide and mentor a student or two students.   
Q 5. What are the qualifications required for the mentors  for new students program?  
The student must have at least two years of seminars to go untill graduation
• GPA is not less than 4 of 5
• Enthusiasm for the University, its students, faculty, staff and academic life
• Commitment to encouraging students to achieve the goals and ideals of the University of King Saud
• Complete the workshop and training Card  
Q 6. How many students are expected for each mentor for new students Program ?       
Each mentor is expected to guide five to ten new students.
